Small practices can create big shifts.
Not because they’re extreme—
but because they’re repeatable.
This space is a collection of simple habits and gentle hacks
designed to slow the day down and bring clarity back online.
No pressure to do them all.
No need to perfect them.
Try one.
Notice what changes.
Let the habit do the work.
Habits for Optimal Thinking
Organic Green Tea
Lemon Juice (one lemon)
Manuka Honey (1 teaspoon)
Close your eyes and put your hand on your heart. Breathe in to the count of 6 and breathe out to the count of 6. Breathe into the chest in round 1. Repeat 5 to 10 times. Then put your hand on your stomach and repeat breathing into the stomach in round 2.
Write down 3 things you are thankful for or make a list of all you are thankful for in life that you can review each morning. It is critical to feel the emotion of gratitude as you write or review the words. When we emotionalize, we internalize.

Practical Priorities
If you want a simple, effective stack to begin with, consider:
These sic cover inflammation, metabolic health, brain support, gut balance, muscle maintenance— the foundations of healthy aging.
A cold therapy head wrap is a simple way to quiet the nervous system and reset the mind. By gently cooling the entire head, it helps release tension held in the scalp, jaw, and temples while signaling the body that it’s safe to slow down. Thoughts soften, pressure eases, and mental clarity returns without effort. Used for just a few minutes—especially in the evening or during moments of overwhelm—it becomes a small daily ritual of containment, calm, and return.
The warmth of a shower can put you in a state of receptiveness and creativity. Warmth doesn’t give you ideas. It removes the resistance to receiving them.

The Chinese do this style of morning movement because it’s the fastest way to wake the body up before the day starts, get blood moving, open the joints, clear stiffness, and bring your system into balance before food, stress, and screens take over. The magic is consistency: a little every day beats a big session once a week.
An "I AM" Manifesto will remind you what you stand for and help you move through the world--On Purpose
Here's an example:

I AM embarking on the great object of my existence believing in myself and my abilitly to be God called me to be. I AM!
Vision Boards are a great way to create a tangible way to see the life your desire. Keynote or Powerpoint are great but AI can help. Create a page for every area of life: faith, relationships, finances, body/health, career, dreams, give back, travel, home, etc. Add your self photo in each. When you review this, listen to music that inspires you. Emotion with vision is critical! This is the hack.
Hydrogen Peroxide Swish
Long car trips can be exhausting and we can feel physically blah. I would do core tightening for 15 to 20 seconds periodically. They keep you tight and help you feel more invigorated.
