Scott shares daily reflections through Mental Munchies to encourage deeper awareness, stronger mindset, and purposeful living grounded in faith, resilience, and personal growth.
Scott lives in North Carolina with his wife Beatriz and enjoys writing, coaching, and encouraging others to think more intentionally about the thoughts shaping their lives.
Life has a way of humbling us.
Over the years I’ve experienced professional success, painful setbacks, personal loss, health challenges, and seasons of rebuilding.
Like many people, I discovered that the real battle is often not external — it’s internal.
Our thoughts shape our perspective, our decisions, and ultimately the direction of our lives.
Mental Munchies began as a simple daily practice: pausing to reflect on one thought that could improve how I approached the day.
Over time I realized something powerful:
One new thought, practiced consistently, can change the trajectory of a life.
Mental Munchies exists to share those thoughts and help others build stronger minds, deeper faith, and better habits.
“Small, thoughtful bites designed to nourish the mind.”
